Hungary’s Zöldkert Kft purchases EZL’s remote control lawn mowers

Need Identification: The remote control lawn mower is our latest developed landscaping product. Our company is actively exploring European and American markets. In November 2022, we received an inquiry from Zöldkert Kft., a Hungarian landscaping equipment wholesaler, as a landscaping equipment manufacturer. They were interested in our new remote control lawn mower and briefly inquired about the equipment parameters and quotation in the inquiry.

Preliminary negotiation: After receiving the inquiry, our sales team made preliminary contact with the purchasing team of Zöldkert Kft. We briefly replied with the relevant parameters, performance indicators and quotation of this new remote control lawn mower. Zöldkert Kft were satisfied with our products and quotation and asked us to print their logo on the equipment to customize their exclusive branding. In addition, we have also confirmed the purchase specifications, quantity, delivery time and price of this batch of remote control lawn mowers.

Contract signing: After careful rounds of negotiations, the two parties signed a formal remote control lawn mower purchase contract. We clarified the quantity, price, delivery date and after-sales support conditions for ordering this remote control lawn mower in the purchase contract.

Product customization: After receiving the purchase deposit from Zöldkert Kft., we started the product customization process. In order to meet the needs of Zöldkert Kft.’s Hungarian market, our engineering team also specially communicates with the other party’s engineers to ensure that various product parameters can pass the test.

Production and manufacturing: During the entire customized production process of remote control lawn mowers, we communicate with customers in real time, and the project process will be confirmed after each link of production is completed. Multiple senior quality inspectors participate in the quality control process to ensure that the final delivered remote control lawn mower products will not have performance defects and failures.

Product delivery: After 1 month, all remote control lawn mower equipment of this batch will be produced. Zöldkert Kft. paid the remaining balance, we arranged relevant shipping logistics services in accordance with its requirements, and successfully completed product delivery at the port designated by the customer.

Training and support: In order to ensure that customers have a smooth usage process, we have specially recorded usage videos for their learning and reference. In addition, our technicians have specially produced maintenance and inspection operation guides for this remote control lawn mower as part of our after-sales support.
