Need Identification: The first cooperation between Eagle Construction Equipment and us began in 2012. During this period, we also conducted many procurement cooperation of construction machinery and equipment. In September 2022, we received an inquiry from Eagle Construction Equipment. The other party expressed the need to purchase multiple high-performance Telescopic Loaders to meet the construction needs of major infrastructure projects.

Preliminary Negotiation: After receiving the inquiry, our sales team conducted preliminary negotiations with Eagle Construction Equipment’s purchasing team. The two parties had in-depth communication around the specifications, quantity, delivery time and price range of Telescopic Loader. Eagle Construction Equipment made it clear that large telescopic loaders are not their procurement target because subsequent equipment usage costs such as fuel consumption and mechanical wear will additionally increase their overall project construction costs. They need small and medium-sized telescopic loaders and related equipment to cope with current infrastructure engineering construction needs

Product customization: Considering the hot climate and dry construction environment in the Middle East, we designed a specially customized Telescopic Loader for Eagle Construction Equipment Company to cope with the civil engineering needs of the project. This equipment can stably perform its functions in high-temperature external environments and cope with complex work challenges in harsh construction environments. In terms of engines and radiators, we have upgraded existing products and strictly controlled the manufacturing costs of telescipic loaders.

Technical Support: Our technical support team works closely with Eagle Construction Equipment engineers to ensure that the Telescopic Loader’s technical specifications meet project requirements. Technical support includes design review, performance testing and quality assurance. Especially when carrying out technical upgrades in engines and radiators, we conducted multiple rounds of video conferences to gradually confirm the overall performance parameters of the telescipic loader and the complex construction environments that may be encountered in the future.

Contract signing: After careful negotiation, we both signed a formal Telescopic Loader purchase contract. In the purchase contract, we clarified the purchase quantity, price, delivery date and after-sales support conditions of the Telescopic Loader.

Manufacturing: Our manufacturing team began producing and customizing the Telescopic Loader to ensure it met Eagle Construction Equipment’s requirements. Throughout the entire manufacturing process, we strictly control quality to ensure the performance and reliability of the equipment.

Product delivery: After receiving the final payment of the order, we will arrange sea transportation of all machinery and equipment according to the other party’s requirements. Before shipping, we used wooden frames to reinforce and protect all the equipment to prevent damage to the mechanical equipment due to collisions during shipping.

Training and Support: To ensure that Eagle Construction Equipment’s construction crews can make full use of the customized Telescopic Loader, we provide professional training and technical support, including operational training and maintenance advice. For the care and maintenance of some key equipment parts, we have also specially recorded videos for their reference and understanding.
